Cancellation & Tuition Credit Policy

More Than 30 Days Prior to Your Course

If you cancel 30 days or more before your course, your tuition is fully refundable or may be converted to Course Credit for future training.

Within 30 Days of Your Course

If you cancel between 8 and 30 days prior to class, tuition is non-refundable but may be applied as Course Credit toward future training.

Within One Week of Your Course

If you cancel within 7 days of class or fail to attend, tuition is non-refundable and no Course Credit will be issued.

General Terms

– Once Course Credit or a rescheduled date is accepted, there is no cash value.
– Policy applies regardless of registration date.
– No exceptions.
